General Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through www.dp-purifier.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. EU consumers additionally benefit from mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived.
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the provider and customers via the online shop at www.dp-purifier.com. These terms are available in German and English. In case of discrepancy, the German version prevails. EU consumers benefit from all mandatory statutory rights regardless of these terms.
Who is the provider?
The provider and contractual partner for the goods presented in the online shop "www.dp-purifier.com" is:
These terms and conditions form an integral part of every contractual agreement between the provider and the respective customer. Any conflicting terms and conditions of the customer are hereby rejected.
How is a contract concluded?
A binding contract is formed between you and the provider when you submit your order via the "buy now" button and the provider sends an order confirmation by email.
- 1The provider offers the items displayed in the online shop for sale. Colour representations may vary slightly depending on the browser and monitor settings — this is technically unavoidable. Product selection, contract conclusion, and processing are conducted in German.
- 2The seller makes a binding offer by displaying goods in the shop. By submitting the order via the "buy now" button, the customer accepts the offer. The seller confirms the conclusion of the contract by email (order confirmation).
- 3Before the purchase offer is accepted, the customer is shown an order overview including the essential characteristics of the goods. At this point the customer may check for input errors and, if necessary, go back one or more steps to amend or cancel the order.
- 4After contract conclusion, the provider sends the customer the contract text by email and stores it in its data processing system. Where a customer account exists, the contract text is also accessible there. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for retaining the email containing the contract text.
Prices, VAT & payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
- 4For orders paid in advance by bank transfer, a payment period of one week applies from receipt of the order confirmation. Goods are reserved during this period. The supplier reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and sell the goods elsewhere if payment is not received within this period.
- 5The supplier retains ownership of the delivered goods until the purchase price has been paid in full (retention of title).
- 6For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties and import VAT may apply. These must be paid by the customer to the customs authority upon receipt. These charges are in addition to the purchase price and shipping costs and are beyond the supplier's control.
Delivery times & conditions
Delivery times are specified in the respective product description. The following rules apply to the calculation and interpretation of delivery times:
| Payment Method | Delivery Period Starts | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer (prepayment) | From date of payment receipt | Goods reserved during payment window |
| Invoice / Account | From date of contract conclusion | Not dependent on payment |
| Cash on Collection | No shipping — collection only | Available from stated delivery time onward |
| PayPal / Klarna | From date of payment confirmation | Typically same or next business day |
- 2Several products ordered at the same time will be delivered in a single shipment. The delivery time for the entire shipment will be that of the product with the longest delivery time. If the customer wishes to receive a specific product earlier, it must be ordered separately.
- 3If a delivery fails because the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, a second delivery attempt will only be made if the customer bears the direct costs of reshipment. These costs correspond to the originally agreed shipping costs.
- 4The above paragraphs do not apply to digital content provided by email or for download.
Customer responsibility for setup
The supplier does not provide assembly or installation services for its products. The customer is responsible for assembling, installing, and commissioning the products at their own expense and responsibility.
Using the dp App
- 1The provider has developed an optional mobile app for certain products, downloadable from the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). The respective terms and conditions of those third-party providers apply to the download.
- 2The contract for app use is concluded upon final installation and acceptance of the provider's separate terms of use. By installing the app, the provider grants the customer a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on a compatible device. System requirements are viewable in the App Store prior to installation.
- 3Use of certain product and app functionalities requires: a device camera capable of reading QR codes (camera permission required), a data connection between the mobile device and the product, and potentially an internet connection. The customer's network operator may charge data fees — these are beyond the provider's control.
- 4Future software and app updates, including security updates, that do not objectively disadvantage the customer will be displayed in-app, and the customer's consent will be obtained before installation. If the customer declines a necessary update, operation of the product or app may be restricted or rendered impossible, insofar as this is technically unavoidable.
- 5If the customer fails to install a necessary security or conformity update after being informed of its availability and consequences, the provider shall not be liable for defects arising solely from the absence of that update, unless the defect is due to a faulty installation guide provided by the provider.

- 1The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
