How we use cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They allow websites and servers to recognise your specific browser and distinguish it from others, enabling a personalised and efficient browsing experience.
You can configure, manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of some features (e.g. shopping carts or login sessions).
When you contact us
When you contact us by email, phone or via a contact form on our website, the data you provide — such as your email address, name and telephone number — will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request and any follow-up questions.
The communication of this information is entirely voluntary and provided with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We will not share your contact data with third parties without your explicit consent, and will delete it once it is no longer required unless legal retention obligations apply.
Website analytics by Google
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google places cookies on your device which allow Google to collect information about how you use our website. This information is transmitted to a Google server, analysed there, and made available to us.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in analysing and optimising our website.
Where Google LLC services are rendered in the USA, Google has committed to complying with EU data protection law under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. For general information on Google's data use, please visit: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
You can prevent Google from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Further information on Google's privacy practices: policies.google.com/privacy
Advertising with Google Ads
We use Google Ads, a marketing tool operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA. Google Ads allows us to display advertisements in Google search results and across the Google Display Network based on specific search terms or user behaviour.
When you click on one of our advertisements, a conversion tracking cookie is placed on your device. This cookie expires after 30 days and does not identify you personally. It allows us to measure whether a user who clicked on our ad completed a specific action on our website (such as submitting an enquiry form).
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may opt out of personalised advertising at any time via adssettings.google.com. For full details: policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Social media buttons & links
Our website may display social media buttons which are recognisable by the logos of the respective platforms (e.g. Facebook "f" logo, Instagram camera icon). These are links only — not embedded plugins. Clicking such a link takes you to the respective platform's website, at which point your IP address and the referrer URL are transmitted to that platform.
We ourselves do not collect or process any data in connection with social media buttons. Any data processed after clicking is governed solely by the privacy policy of the relevant platform:
| Platform | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|
| Facebook / Meta | facebook.com/about/privacy |
| privacycenter.instagram.com/policy | |
| Google / YouTube | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Apple | apple.com/legal/privacy |
Facebook Inc. and Google LLC have committed to complying with EU data protection law under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
