The Science
Standard dual-filter technology with optional activated carbon
The dp Pro is equipped as standard with two filter stages: HEPA 10 and HEPA H14. Together they support reliable reduction of airborne particles, fine dust, aerosols and biological contaminants. For environments with odours, VOCs or selected gas-phase pollutants, an activated carbon filter can be added optionally.

How large a room can dp Pro cover?

dp Pro offers an operating airflow of up to 550 m³/h. Based on the commonly recommended 3× air changes per hour, one unit can support approximately 183 m³ of room volume. The exact floor area depends on ceiling height, room layout, pollution load and the required air change target. For precise sizing, enter the room dimensions in the app or request a project-specific layout calculation.
Can I operate the unit without the app?

Yes. The included remote control allows full operation — power on/off, fan speed selection and mode switching — without any phone or WiFi connection. The app adds advanced features such as scheduling, real-time AQI monitoring, filter life tracking and room dimension calculations.
How often do the filters need replacing?

Filter life depends on air quality in your specific environment. In a typical office or classroom expect 6–12 months per filter. In factories or high-pollution environments this may be shorter. The app tracks real-time particulate load and alerts you at 80% exhaustion — you never need to guess.
Can dp Pro integrate with a building management system (BMS)?

Yes. The WiFi module supports connection to your existing LAN network. For enterprise BMS or HVAC integration, contact our technical team for API documentation and site-specific configuration. We have deployed integrated systems across multi-floor corporate installations in Mumbai and Delhi.
Is ceiling installation complicated?

dp Pro ships with a complete mounting kit — ceiling plate, adjustable hanging rods and all hardware. Installation typically takes 1–2 hours by a qualified electrician. We also offer professional installation across India. After installation the unit connects to your WiFi and is operational within minutes.
What warranty and support is included?

Every dp Pro comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labour. Dedicated account support, annual maintenance contracts and priority filter replacement programmes are available. Contact us for enterprise support packages for multi-unit deployments.
